Whether through a central replenishment system or by hand-picked orders, even including even rack jobbing, retailers may choose the options they like and that meet their individual local circumstances. We are making sure shelf presentation and product selection are accurate. In our mutual supplier-retailer relationship, our joint aim is to maximise shelf profitability and store presentation to not meet but exceed customer expectations.
After all the preparation of a smooth and efficient supply of goods, we are also there to help end consumers in case they run into trouble with their newly purchased merchandise. Our after sales service centres are highly qualified to advise customers on how to use their new exercise item, to provide first level support on how to fix smaller bugs fixing small problems and finally to provide an exchange and repair service in case items are truly broken. Our goal here is to ensure the customer’s lasting satisfaction with the product and the retail dealer retailer as well as to keep the potential work away from the store, to ensure they are that is rather selling items rather than accepting returns.
